Prior to operation in Ontario, all amusement rides require:
a valid TSSA Operators licence;
TSSA Permit; and
an inspection by TSSA.

While amusement parks are very safe, user behaviour is the leading cause of the small number of accidents that happen.
Before you head out
Buy tickets online ahead of time to reduce waiting time - you may even benefit from additional savings offered through online booking
Check the weather forecast to ensure that you have the appropriate clothing
Visit the park’s website to review park map, hours of operation or any special notices/advisories
Phone ahead to see if locker rentals are available at the park
Don’t forget sun protection such as sunblock, hats etc.

Comfortable and sturdy shoes
Sun protection: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses
Poncho or rain jacket (if forecast is calling for rain)
